Shaw Festival: Royal George Theatre

General Information

The Shaw is the only festival that specializes in the works of Bernard Shaw, his contemporaries and plays from his era (1856-1950). In recent years, the company has started to mount a selection of quality contemporary works to complement the classic fare that has been the staple of the festival.

Year round visitors come to experience the fine theatre performances housed in the historic sites of the Royal George Theatre (above), the Court House Theatre, and at the flagship Festival Theatre. Experiencing the quality theatre of the Shaw incorporates wonderfully into weekend and overnight getaways to Niagara's fruit and wine country.

Kindly visit the Shaw Festival website or contact the Shaw box office by phone for the schedule of performances and booking information.
