Welcome to the Niagara Microbrewery Tour. On this tour we look at five microbreweries in the Niagara region. The breweries are Oast House, Silversmith, Merchant Ale House, Niagara College Teaching Brewery, and Niagara Brewing Company. Each brewery has their own unique style and drafts. At each destination we have information on the atmosphere and the beers you can expect to see there. We also try to tell the customer a bit about the brewing process at each point of interest. We also tell the tourist what the brewery does in the brewing process that makes their product unique from others. We hope that through our tour you are able to discover and enjoy the microbrewery industry in Niagara.
