There are many "Holy Grails" among the never recorded events in Jimi's career, but surely the most sought after is the legendary jam with Cream on 1 October 1966 at The Polytechnic, later known as Regent Polytechnic and now part of the University of Westminster.

One of Jimi's earliest jams in London and a fulfilment of Chas's promise to Jimi that he could engineer a meeting with Eric Clapton. It wouldn't be his last meeting with Eric, they would later jam at New York's Gaslight and Scene Club.
