People

London Brewing Co-Operative is committed to giving their employees a meaningful role in the company. They do this by giving each employee a say in the business' operations. They also split all extra products, low fills and supplies with the employees, as an added bonus for their hard work. Brewing is a growing industry, but the amount of employees is decreasing each year. London Brewing is committed to giving Londoners a valuable job in the brewing industry, helping to set them up for a future career in the competitive market.

The Planet

London Brewing Co-Operative aims to help farmers in the area possible, whether that's buying products to incorporate in their beer, selling fresh vegetables in their brewery, or donating their used grains to farms in the area for animal feed. London Brewing is partnered with On The Move Organics to match them with local farmers in the area. Some past collaborations with farmers include Organic Sweet Potato Rye, Rhubarb Wheat, Resolution Kumquat Sour, London Organic Lager and over 5 other locally sourced beers. Depending on the season, the menu may be different based on what fresh vegetables are available at the time. If you visit one season, the next time you re-visit you may have a completely different selection to choose from.

London Brewing Co-Operative mainly uses organic ingredients, sourced from local farms.

The Brewery is a Co-Operative, meaning all of the owners are also employees. There are currently (as of October 2020) 4 Worker-Owners, and 9 Worker-Owners-On-Track.
