On its 62 acre vineyard, it grows several varietals including 10 for red wines and 6 for white. The winery aims for green and quality, it builds an environmentally friendly operation that also produced superior and outstanding quality wines. Stratus is distinguished by its LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) facility and gravity flow design. The Canadian Green Building Corporation awarded the Stratus winery LEED silver in 2015 as its international standard in sustainable architecture.

Visitors can book for indoor private tasting 'flights' or wine by the glass enjoyment on the Vineyard Terrace. Responsible, in-store and curbside shopping is also available. In addition to educational tastings and tours, Stratus wines can be featured alongside gourmet Niagara fare. Private experiences that center around wine and food-centric discovery and enjoyment.
