What is great about this place?

Chip 'n Charlies' unique theme just screams Canada with the maple leaf on their sign and the hockey themed decors. This gastropub has a live stage but closed due to Covid-19. The atmosphere is very cozy and feels like the perfect place to hang out while touring the Niagara falls.

The servers are extremely chill, meaning they are nice people to talk to. Came around the table a couple times checking to see if I was doing ok. Very friendly.

There is a lot of food on the menu, a lot of variety. They all sounded so good, but burgers were my priority. I ordered the "Big Daddy Burger". Out of all the burgers this one caught my interests because of the name. When I got the order, I was immediately impressed with the sheer height of the burger. Every bite of the burger was just heavenly and very filling. If anything I would have to complain is that I don't have a bigger mouth to take a whole bite. It comes with fries on the side.

There is a live stage, however it is closed due to Covid-19. There are also hotels nearby the eatery.

History about the place

Established in 2005, opened by two long life friends. One with culinary skills and one with a buissness skill.
