This photo was taken on August 15, 1939, and shows an imposing home that was a longtime landmark on the southeast corner of Lundy's Lane and Dorchester Road. Often called the Dorchester House, it was owned for many years by the Clement family. Dr. Howard Clement had his offices here at one time and the building once housed several apartments.

Now: TD Canada Trust

Since 1990, this site has been occupied by a plaza know as Canada Trust Square.
