Beaver Lumber has a long history in Niagara Falls, dating back to the early 1940's. In July 1977, a fire destroyed the building. The business was quickly rebuilt, and they remained in business until 1982.
Today, Delta Bingo & Gaming are located on this site, which is a popular location for locals and tourists to visit if they want to avoid the more crowded Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino for gambling.
