Once used as a rest stop and hospital during the War of 1812, the Lundy homestead was built in 1790 by William Lundy, one of the first settlers in the area. The property remained in the Lundy family for more than 200 years until it was redeveloped in 1997 to become Canada One Brand Name Outlets.
The Canada One Factory Outlets was the only outdoor shopping mall in Niagara Falls area prior to the opening of the Outlet Mall in Niagara-on-the-Lake in 2014. This location is ideal for both local shoppers and tourists as there are many surrounding motels nearby, while also remaining in close proximity to many suburban neighbourhoods. The Factory Outlets offers shoppers locations to buy clothing, accessories, and food.
