George Nicholson Memorial Trail

This three-kilometre trail runs north until it ends at a stone seating area at the base of a small lighthouse in Port Weller. It's the northernmost portion of the Greater Niagara Circle Route and cyclists travelling the route have to make a short detour to get to the end of the spit. The trail is named after George Nicholson, former Niagara Region planner, avid cyclist and fervent Circle Route booster.
