Instructions for Accessing the Poetry Walking Tour of Niagara Falls

Welcome to the Niagara Falls Poetry Project's Poetry Walking Tour of Niagara Falls. This page provides instructions on how to download the app, find the tour, and get started on your exploration of Niagara Falls using poetry, multimedia, and historic information. The hope is that this will give you a richer tour of the area and greater insights into the awe and majesty of Niagara Falls. It is recommended that you load the tour before arriving at Niagara Falls to ensure that you have no problem with internet access.

The app is currently only available for Android devices. An app for iOS devices is in development.

Step 1: Go to the Play Store and enter the word "guidetags" into the search bar.

Step 2: Press on "Guidetags Tours & Travel Guides"

Step 3: Press on "Install"

Step 4: After the app has been installed, press on "Open" once it becomes active

Step 5: Read the disclaimer and press on "I Agree"

Step 6: Click on "View All"

Step 7: Click on "MindMaps"

Step 8: Scroll down until you see "Niagara Poetry Project" and press on it

The list of Points of Interest will appear. Each can be clicked on separately, but to take the tour:

Step 9: Scroll down until you find "Niagara Falls Poetry Tour Overview"

Step 10: Click on "Load Tour". This may take a few minutes.

Step 11: Follow the directions given on the tour overview page.
