Victoria Motors was established in 1932 as a Ford dealership, which also sold tractors and farm implements. A set of gas pumps in front of the dealership sold B/A (British American) gasoline.
In 1971, the Roberto family opened the Casa D'Oro Dining Lounge, luxuriously decorated with lavish murals, art pieces and sculptures. They specialized in Italian gourmet dishes, steak and seafood. The Rialto Club Lounge had music and dancing. The Roberto brothers closed the restaurant and retired in 2012. It was succeeded by Qila Restaurant, which remained onsite until the building was demolished in 2017 and replaced by a parking lot.
In 2017, a paid parking lot was established in this location.
