General Information

The Campden Fly-By Bicycling Route is an on-road cycling route that takes you through the hamlet of Campden before descending the Niagara Escarpment to rural roads surrounded by tender fruit production. Three of Niagara's wineries are close to the route, including the picturesque Vineland Estates Winery and Restaurant, icewine specialists Royal DeMaria Wines, and the Crown Bench Estates Winery, located on the Beamsville Bench. The looping route starts at Beamsville Lions Community Park, or anywhere along the way.

Along Cherry Avenue you will see one of the older farming operations, Cherry Avenue Farms, which is a pick-your-own fruit farm. After looping through the tender fruit lands of Beamsville you will return to the top of the Escarpment and back to the beginning of the route.

Suggested destinations to visit while on this route:

Vineland Estates Winery and Restaurant
Royal DeMaria Wines
Crown Bench Estates Winery
