The Niagara Indigenous Heritage Trail contains only a subset of the many sites of Indigenous significance in Niagara. Additional points of interest can be found elsewhere on the GuideTags platform. Others have not yet been added.

Moving ahead, the Niagara Indigenous Heritage Trail will be expanded to provide a more comprehensive overview of the presence, influence, and importance of First Nations peoples in the Niagara region.
