Niagara College's Niagara-on-the-Lake Camppus has amenities for large groups, and is in the centre of the Niagara Region. It is the trail terminus for Stage 2 and Stage 3 of the Laura Secord Legacy Trail.

Niagara College is an applied arts and technology post-secondary institution in the Niagara Region. It was officially opened in 1967 with the Welland Campus. The other significantly large campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus was opened in 1998. In total, Niagara College has three campuses, the third of which is located in the heart of the Niagara Falls tourism area at the Maid of the Mist Campus.

The Niagara-on-the-Lake campus is 3-stories tall, and contains a greenhouse centre, the Niagara College Teaching Winery, the Niagara College Teaching Brewery, The Niagara Culinary Institute with its 100-seat dining room as well as classrooms, laboratories, and a library. Surrounding the campus there are wetlands, vineyards and community gardens, as well as a link to the Bruce Trailand the Woodend Conservation Area.

The campus is enveloped in an ecological band of wetlands, vineyards and community gardens, becoming a living laboratory for the college's thriving environment and horticulture programs.
