There are two objectives of this Icewine digital interpretive tour, one is to introduce Icewine as Canadian treasure that produced in Niagara-on-the-lake, another one is to attract tourists from all over the world and by the deliciously aromatic and distinct acidity of Icewine. Most people often struggle to find products that are uniquely Canadian, because the Canadian culture is a mosaic of other cultures from around the world. Actually, Icewine is a quintessentially Canadian beverage product. Icewine is a dessert wine style known for its extremely high level of natural sugar and for its intensity of flavour. The Ideal climatic dichotomy makes Niagara-on-the-Lake quite simply the best wine producing region in the world for Icewine grapes. This digital Icewine tour will discover one of Canada's national pride and joy, Ice Wine, and how it is made in our latest Taste of the World!
