About This Tour

This interactive tour will introduce participants to the history behind the first European settlers in Scarborough and the impact they made within the community, helping it become what we know today. There are five points of interest that the tour will cover; David and Mary Thomson Park, Cornell Campbell House, McCowan Log House, Springfield Farmhouse and the Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church and Cemetery. At each point of interest participants will learn the historical significance and relevance behind them from photographs, audio messages and historical facts.
