O'Reilly's Bridge used to be an exceedingly rare example of a pin connected Camelback Truss Bridge. Very few of these bridges were properly documented, especially amongst Canada and the United States. It's particular and rare construction made it an invaluable part of Niagara's heritage. Unfortunately, the bridge was torn down and replaced by a slab of concrete in April of 2010.
