About This Tour

The Twelve Mile Creek Tour is a walking tour in St. Catharines that explores historical aspects, recreational aspects, and ecological aspects of five points of interest along the watershed: Twelve Mile Creek itself, the Participark Trail, Rodman Hall Art Centre, Burgoyne Bridge and Merritt Trail. Come out and get some exercise while enjoying the natural scenery along the trails, as well as learning about the history within the Niagara Region. This tour is wheelchair accessible, and you will be able to visit these destinations through most of the year.

The goal for this tour is to let more people know about this waterway on the Niagara Peninsula and the different features around it, and let people know that there are much more than just Niagara Falls in the Niagara Region.
