Jimi's first UK single·was on Polydor. The later ones on Track were also distributed by Polydor, and here were their offices. Also in this building was Polydor Studios where Eire Apparent recorded their album Sunrise with significant contributions added by Jimi on 5 January 1969. Even Jimi's involvement couldn't lift it above the mediocre. Now called Swan House, it is a wholly unimpressive, '60s concrete office block.
